HOUSING
Harbor House has been a temporary but loving home to over 100 girls since the first resident arrived on New Years Eve 1994. (For four years prior to that, starting in the fall of 1990, services were provided through area shepherding homes.)
FAMILY STYLE ENVIRONMENT
Each girl lives with houseparents--both a housefather and housemother along with their children--in a family-style environment. The structure of the two-parent home--where Biblical principles including love, discipline and counsel are established and followed--provides the girls with round-the-clock care and a continuity that builds both trust and rapport.
EXPERIENCED STAFF
Doug and Karla Eberle have been houseparents for almost 19 years;
Peggy Dodds has served as Licensed Social Worker for 17 years.
